UMbug

Hello all,

I would like share some picture of my working process that I recently  did for Creaturemag and Untold Method magazine Collaboration project "UMbug". 

The left on the wall are my first rough sketch

My first plan for this drawing, that I will be finished into coloured version . but! after I kept it to looong and tried for several times, I always  didn't like the results. So I think it's  much better in black and white.

Honestly it's very surprising me lot, cause actually I submitted my works just to participated for their  projects ( you should check creaturemag projects! they got  lot of interesting projects for you to involved). Actually this is one of alternate sketches that I did for my illustration studio project. further we decided not to  use this sketch so I done it for my personal project. :)

Jangan Sembarangan di Rumah Orang

Collaboration with Racun cinta, appareal brand from my town. They gave me  several sort of keywords such," wild, rural, and careless" within their previous  drawing.

I try to merge  my works with their brand message, to respect own our  culture and tradition, and spread message how we have to always  proportionally maintain our  natural resource. 

"jangan Sembarangan di rumah Orang" telling since we were a guest in this world, please  try do not broke the origin rules, although we have power to do it. and yes I think that is actually the hardest parts became human.

Another works for  the 27th Listen to the World offline series. Listen to The world is a monthly forum gathering, and discussion based in Jakarta. we always raise  various topic from music, cultural issue to daily life.

Highlight

This week Illustration friday bring up "highlight" as their  themes. So I try to "highlight" an emotional condition that I think all of used to feel it. 

A condition when you feel doesn't fit with everything,when everybody have their a good times and you didn't.  it's getting worse when you has start to grumpy or blaming anything. I think at that point the safe way is  start pack all your stuff and get home. if you took more longer at there you will look so pathetic at there, and in a some case you will get in a trouble.
